The monday.com Foundation is the philanthropic arm of monday.com, established in Israel in 2024. We believe that building a great company comes with a responsibility to help build a better world. By leveraging our people, technology, and resources, we create opportunities for individuals and communities to thrive.

Rather than simply funding change, we build it. Through hands-on initiatives in tech education, emergency response, and social mobility, we partner with educators, nonprofits, governments, and communities to design and scale solutions that create lasting impact.

Our headquarters are located in Tel Aviv, Israel, with several of our projects operating around the world - Tech School also runs in NY, US, and our ERT team travels worldwide, to where they are needed.

The monday.com Foundation is registered in Israel as a public benefit company.

As for today, we run five main initiatives:

• Emergency Response Team (ERT): We deploy our teams and technology to disaster-affected areas, helping emergency-response organizations coordinate faster and more efficiently. To learn more: visit the ERT website.
• Tech School: The Foundation's education initiative, currently operating in Israel and New York. Through the initiative, we connect youth to the world of tech through close mentoring and hands-on experience, preparing them for the workforce of tomorrow. • Community Hub: We use our office space and resources to connect nonprofits with the knowledge and expertise they need to scale their work and build a shared network. To learn more: Visit the Community Hub page
• Impact Lab: We run an academic course where students step into the philanthropist's role, researching social challenges and making real funding decisions.
• Giving Forward: We offer funding to organizations driving measurable change in education, social mobility, innovation, emergency response, and communities facing adversity around the world.

Each of our initiatives is built around a different community: Tech School works with students of different ages - middle-school students in Israel and high-school students in New York; ERT partners with local aid organizations around the world that respond to disasters and emergencies; Community Hub currently works with nonprofits and social organizations in Israel; Impact Lab is designed for university students; and Giving Forward supports nonprofits working across our focus areas.
